• Reporting to: Owners and Operations Management

Retail managers are in dynamic relationships with all company personnel, customers, peers and staff, company vendors, vision and support departments. Fishtery LFS will train on fish handling and on using all the store’s systems.

The main jobs of the position are to:

• assist customers with purchase decisions.
• safely handle live pets and merchandise.
• organize the sales floor, stock room, and other inventory locations.
• collect payment using the store’s point of sale system.
• chaperone special orders to completion. 
• be able to respectfully process returns and exchanges.
